Get Your Happy!® is a small business run by Diana Tenes. We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to reply to you and fill your order.
What we collect
When you send a message through the contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number and message you provide. When you place an order, we collect the shipping and contact details needed to fulfill it.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Get Your Happy!® never sees or stores your full card number — Stripe handles the payment details directly.
How we use your information
Your information is used to reply to your message, fulfill and support your order, and — if you asked for it — send occasional updates about workshops, events and new decks. We do not sell or rent your information.
Email updates
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Order confirmations and shipping notices are sent because they relate to a purchase you made.
Children
The cards are used with children in classrooms and at home, but this website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Access & removal
Email us to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted.
